A portrait of Paul Waner, the 1934 N.L. batting champion, is the subject of the March1935 cover. “Big Poison” is pictured again in an article on the five top batters in both leagues. The magazine has articles also on Ty Cobb, Lou Gehrig, Walter Johnson, Babe Ruth and others.
