Lot 294. 1972 Football Quiz Set and 49 Fleer Cloth Patches – 47 from 1972-73 and 2 from 1974-75. The Quiz set averages vg-ex to ex and is complete with 28 cards. Each 2 3/8” x 4” card contains three football questions and answers. Fleer sold packs with one Quiz card and one 2.5” x 3.25” cloth patch. The patches were also sold separately, three to a pack. Each sticker has a small sticker with a team’s name at the top and a larger sticker with a helmet or logo representing a different team at the bottom. The 1972-73 set apparently contains 60 cloth patches; 47 are offered here. Their condition is generally vg-ex to ex.
