The silver gem mint 10 signature by the Hall of Fame quarterback occupies much of one of the four panels on the football. He added “H.O.F. 1971.” Tittle was the NFL’s MVP in 1963, a three-time first-team All-Pro and a seven-time Pro Bowl selection.
