Lot 191.  Rare Chicago High Schools Football Rivalry Circa 1880 Cabinet Photo. . Wonderful sepia photo with the LVHS and HPHS teams in uniform, including some vintage caps, and a football in foreground. Cabinet is 5” x 7”, has a “Johnson & Wilkins, Amateur Photographers” label on the back, has a couple of very minor scratches, shows good contrast and is ex.

Lot 192.  1905 Northwestern Iowa Football Champions Cabinet Photo. Fourteen prep school boys in uniform. Sharp nm photo from West Union, IA, is 7 ½” x 9 ½” on a 10” x 13 ½” mount that has a minor water stain in the lower right corner.

Lot 193.  Photo of the 1930 Notre Dame National Championship Team. This 5 1/8” x 8 ¼” b&w photo, which appears to be a book plate, is sharply focused and well contrasted. Knute Rockne is pictured. The edges are frayed. The photo itself is nm-m.

Lot 194.  1931 Graham Motor Memorial Tribute to Knute Rockne. Edgar A. Guest eulogized Rockne on the Graham Radio Hour, and the company produced this sepia photograph on the cover of a folder that has Guest’s words reprinted inside. Vg+ to ex.

Lot 195.  13 Photos of 1930s-40s Football Players Including 3 African-Americans. The players, likely on a college team, wear wing-front football helmets. The photos are generally free of creases. Seven have insignificant border stains, and two have more significant stains away from the player’s image. Unusual vintage images.

Lot 196.  1938 Original AP Wire Photo of Heisman Winner Davey O’Brien + TCU Postcard. Superb posed action image of the 1938 Heisman Trophy recipient, the fourth to win the award. Great clarity and contrast; technically vg with ¼” border tear. The linen pc of TCU’s Amon Carter Stadium has an ex front and minor damage to the back.

Lot 197.  1930 USC vs. Pittsburgh Rose Bowl Emergency Armband. The Panthers lost to the Trojans, 47-14. The armband gave the owner admission to the Rose Bowl at Gate 27. It is about 2 ¾” x 9”, trimmed somewhat irregularly on the right and has some scrapbook residue on the back. It displays as ex-m. Incredibly rare and unusual.

Lot 198.  1956 Tom Hamilton’s Pigskin Football Board Game by Parker Brothers. This game appears complete, with the exception of three players pieces for one team. The lid graphics are fantastic. One flap is detached but present; vg with ex-m contents.

Lot 200.  13 Pennsylvania Big 33 Football Classic Programs - 1960-1998. The Big 33 is one of the premier all-star games for high school athletes. The programs are from 1960, 1970-74, 1976-78, 1980, 1994, 1997 and 1998. For most of these games, players from Western Pennsylvania faced stars from the eastern half of the state.
