Lot 372. Macho Man (Randy Savage) Signed 8” x 10” Color Photo and a Wrestling Magazine. Savage signed as “Macho Man.” The autograph in gold is mint 9 to gem mint 10 and PSA/DNA Pre-Certified. In his 32-year wrestling career, Savage held a world heavyweight championship six times – twice with the World Wrestling Federation (which became World Wrestling Entertainment, or WWE) and four times with World Championship Wrestling. He headlined many pay-per-view events. Savage was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2015. The organization credited him with bringing “a higher level of credibility to the (championship) title through his amazing in-ring performances.” Savage died of heart failure in 2011. Accompanying the autograph is the Oct. 1977 issue of “The Ring Wrestling,” 66 pages, vg-ex. The magazine has articles on Antonio Rocca, Billy “Superstar” Graham, Sandy Partlow and many other wrestlers. Winning Bid $168.
