12 Football Autographs – Fouts, Bratkowski, Russell, Pead, Unger, Staley, Etc.

Lot 462. 12 Football Autographs – Fouts, Bratkowski, Russell, Pead, Unger, Staley, Etc. Dan Fouts’ signature is large, bold and mint 9 on a 1993 Goal Line Art Pro Football Hall of Fame card. The other autographs are on various media. Zeke Bratkowski (died 2019) signed a copy of his 1954 Bowman rookie card. Bratkowski was an All-American at the University of Georgia and a three-time NFL champion with the Green Bay Packers. His signature is nm-m 8. Andy Russell placed a gem mint 10 signature on a 5” x 7” photo issued by the Pittsburgh Steelers. The linebacker was selected for the Pro Bowl seven times. Kendall Hunter’s autograph is mint 9 on an 8” x 10” photo from Panini. Hunter was an All-American Oklahoma State running back who won an NFC championship with San Francisco. Injuries limited his pro career, which ended in 2017. Isaiah Pead added his nm-m 8 signature on an Upper Deck SPX card that also contains a used jersey section. Pead played for the Rams, Steelers and Dolphins. Six signatures are on 3” x 5” photo cards from the Senior Bowl: Jeremiah Johnson (2, one on the back), a running back for four different NFL and CFL teams; Ronald Johnson, who played for the Eagles and 49ers; Ed Dickson, a tight end on the Baltimore Ravens Super Bowl XLVII championship team who subsequently played for Carolina and Seattle; Max Unger, a three-time Pro Bowl center who played for Seattle and New Orleans; and Joe Staley, a San Francisco offensive tackle selected for the NFL’s 2010s All-Decade team. These signatures are nm-m 8. Also, a signature of Russell Stuvaints on an 8” x10” color photo; he was a defensive back on the Steelers’ Super Bowl XL championship team. Nm-m 8. These cards are accompanied by an unsigned Bob Hayes Goal Line Art card and 54 Senior Bowl cards (29 players) that have facsimile autographs. Colin Kaepernick and Patrick Willis are among them. The Goal Line Art card autographed by Fouts is worth more than our minimum bid. Winning Bid $35.
