Besides Ali, the jacket pictures Frank Sinatra and Howard Cosell on the front and Ali, Jayne Kennedy, Frank Sinatra, Richie Havens and Ossie Davis on the back. Accompanying the album is an A. W. Sports 1991 card of Ali, #1 and vg-ex.
