Lot 183. 2 1909 PC798-24 “Boston Baseball Series” Comic Postcards by O. D. Williams. These colorful and entertaining cards are from a set of 12. Offered here are #105 “Hey! Youse watch me swipe it” f-g and 111 “I may be a little dusty but dey aint no flies on me.” The title is missing from the latter card, and in the blank space, someone has written in pencil, “Oh you Honus Wag(ner).” It is signed “Charlie.” G. Each card has a message and postmark on the back. One card is postmarked 1909, and the other, 1910.
