Crosby wears a Pittsburgh Pirates uniform and Hope, Cleveland Indians attire, on the cover of the complete issue, which is vg+. Crosby and Hope were part-owners of the respective teams. Their rivalry and friendship are discussed in an article in the magazine, which has an article on the Milwaukee Braves, a full-page color image of boxer Mike McTigue and a small photo of the Harlem Globetrotters’ Goose Tatum.
