Lot 278. Vintage Photos of Boston Celtics Hall of Fame Star Bob Cousy as a College Player. Cousy was a three-time All-American guard at Holy Cross before he launched his HoF pro career. He appears in a 5” x 7” posed photo and in a 1947 Associated Press 7” x 9” wire photo in a game against Manhattan. The larger photo captures Cousy putting up a short that contributed two points to the Crusaders’ victory. It shows a moderate number of fine stress creases throughout in the emulsion.
