Two books, both by Joe Garner, are in a leather-like slipcover: “And the Fans Roared” and “And the Crowd Goes Wild.” Both books in this “Special Edition Gift Set” are hardbacks, the latter published in 1999, and the former, in 2000. The books, dust jackets and slip covers are nm. Each is accompanied by two CDs with narration by Bob Costas. The other book is “Reel Baseball: Baseball’s Golden Era the Way American Witnessed It – In the Movie Newsreels” by Les Krantz, 2006 stated first edition hardback, nm book, ex-m dust jacket.
