Lot 99. Bernie Nicholls Signed New York Rangers CCM-Cosby Jersey. Like Tommy John, Nicholls has an excellent case for Hall of Fame membership. In 17 NHL seasons with the Kings, Rangers, Oilers, Devils, Blackhawks and Sharks, he scored 1,209 points. He is one of eight players to score 70 goals in a season, and one of only five to score 150 points. He is among the NHL’s top 50 scorers and averaged 1.073 points per game, 26th on the all-time list. Most of the players ahead of him on these lists are in the Hall of Fame, and so are many with lower figures. Nicholls’ autograph on the left shoulder of the Rangers’ game jersey is nm-m 8 and contrasts nicely with the white background.
