Each signature occupies the upper part of its own panel on a MacPhail baseball. A uniformly applied and barely visible Krylon veil preserves this beautiful ex-m orb and your investment! The autographs are mint 9s. Kevin Keating has authenticated the signatures of Jim Catfish Hunter, Yogi Berra (a coach in 1977) and Reggie Jackson. He believes the Thurman Munson to be a clubhouse application, although he concedes that it may possibly be a ‘hurried’ example of a genuine Munson. We may never know, but one thing is certain: These four Yankee greats are represented nicely on this unique ball that displays well in four different positions!
