Lauderdale for the benefit of the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundation. The signatures are bold 10s, with a silver Jim “Mudcat” Grant autograph heading the list. The other signers are by Luis Tiant, Al Dark, Von Hayes, Elliott Maddox, Ron Swoboda, Bert Campaneris, Willie Horton, Clyde King, Orests Destrade, Wayne Garrett, Warren Cromartie, Art Shamsky, Ed Kranepool, Elrod Hendricks, Ron Taylor and Dick Nye.
