This collection consists of periodicals, programs and other memorabilia, including one relatively scarce book, Maryland Basketball: Red, White and Amen by Kent Baker, 1979, nm in a vg-ex dust jacket. One of the more important and oldest item is the program from the 1932 dedication of Ritchie Coliseum, ex-m. The coliseum played host to Terrapin sports, including basketball, for 22 years. The 44-page program is extensively illustrated, including photos of the Maryland team and the Terps’ first opponent, Navy. A Race to the Top Ten: Maryland Basketball 71-72 focuses on the NIT Championship team that included Tom McMillen, vg.
