Lot 130. Autographs of the 1957 Ohio State Backfield – White, LeBeau, Clark, Kremblas. The Buckeyes’ 1957 team captured a share of the national title with a 9-1 record, including a 10-7 win over Oregon in the Rose Bowl. Frank Kremblas was the quarterback, halfback Don Clark was the team’s leading rusher, and halfback Dick LeBeau led the team in receiving. Fullback Bob White emerged as a Heisman Trophy candidate the following season; he finished fourth in the balloting. The signatures are 9s and 10s on an unlined index card. LeBeau is a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2010. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.
