 Lot 155. 54 Cricket Cards from 3 Sets. Player & Sons is the source of all of these cards except for #20, C. F. Walters, from the 1935 Gallaher “Champions” 2nd Series. Thirty-three cards are from Player’s “Cricketers, 1934” set, and 20 from its “Cricketers, 1938” set. The 1934 set has two duplicates. Four cards depict members of the ICC Hall of Fame: 1934 #26 Herbert Sutcliffe and 36 Donald Bradman, and 1938 #12 Walter Hammond and #45 Bill O’Reilly. These cards have color portraits on the front and informational backs. Vg to vg-ex overall.
