Lot 15. Bowman Baseball Cards: 8 1951 and 2 1952. With the exception of 1951B #53 featuring Hall of Fame pitcher Bob Lemon, all of these cards have special problems. The Lemon card, #53, grades g-vg. Four of the 1951B cards have a single number written in ink on the back. Ignoring the number, these cards grade: #19 vg, 39 g-vg, 123 vg-ex and 142 g-vg. Three other 1951 cards have had their borders trimmed away, and two of them (*) have a number added to the back: #106*, 156 and 286*, all p. The two 1952B cards also have added numbers; without the numbers, they would grade: #85 Marion vg-ex and 201 g.
