Lot 263. 2 Circa 1910 Plow Boy Tobacco Premium Cards Featuring Native Americans. Obscure issue from Spaulding & Merrick, the source of the 1910 Plow Boy baseball cabinet cards. These 5 ½” x 8 ½” color cards apparently are from the same period, although they have characteristics of earlier cards as well. They are titled “Moving Day in the Indian Camp” g and “Princess Angeline,” purportedly the daughter of Chief Seattle, leader of the Suquamish and Duwamish tribes in what is now Washington state, vg. Attractive, uncommon cards.
