Lot 133.  Henry Jordan Autographed Newspaper Photo. The 5 ¼” x 10 b&w photo from 1966 shows four Los Angeles Rams headed in the direction of the Green Bay Packers’ Hall of Fame defensive lineman. Jordan signed in ballpoint over his image. While the autograph is strong, the contrast against the background is moderate. The signature has the appearance of an ex-m 6. Jordan was a defensive leader on the Packers teams that won the first two Super Bowls. He died at age 42 in 1977. He was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1995. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 136.  Rare, Huge Green Bay Packers Calendars for 1949, 1953, 1956, 1957 and 1962. . Incredible display items for a game room or sports bar, these calendars are about 25” x 42-44 ½”. The consist of advertising for Green Bay area businesses, a space for a monthly calendar page and a photo 13 ½” x 17” representing the Packers. The 1949 calendar has a sepia photo of the Packers’ “All Time, All Star Football Team”: Hinkle, Herber, Blood (McNally), Lewelyn, Dilweg, Hubbard, Michalski, Brock, Goldenberg, Buck and Hutson. The calendar for 1953 has photo of the 1952 team and the All Time All Stars. For 1956, the calendar provides a 1955 team photo and individual photos of the first eight draft choices for 1956: Losch, Gregg, Morris, Skoronski, Burris, Gremminger, Dennis and Duvall. Draft choices and newcomers populate the photo for 1957: Hornung (bonus choice), Ron Kramer (1st round), Truax (3rd), Vereen (4th), Nisby (6th), Gilliam (7th), Belotti (8th) and newcomer veterans Massey and Palumbo. For 1962, “Title Town U.S.A. Presents” the “Green Bay Packers World Champs 1961.” All of the calendars are clean and display extremely well. All have some creases; although the 1949 and 1953 examples have some heavier creases toward the top, they retain excellent eye appeal. The 1962 calendar has a number of fold lines. Fantastic Green Bay collection with substantial break-up value!
