Lot 215. 12 American League Season Passes, 1946, 1947-56, 1958 and 1959. These passes, all with the facsimile signature of A.L. president Wm Harridge, entitled the holder and a friend to attend games in every American League park. Printed on heavy paper, they are 2 ¾” x 4 ¼” and have the years embossed. The 1946 pass is vg-ex. The others range from ex to nm-m. The 1953 pass has a small area of stray ink, and several have a very slight bow, apparently a result of the embossing process. What fun it must have been to have these and watch Williams in Boston, DiMaggio and Mantle in New York, and other stars of the era.
