Lot 224. 1925 Boguslavsky “Winners of the Turf” Small-Card Set, Partial Large-Card Set. These sets, which have identical artwork, depict horses owned by the Aga Khan, a member of the Rothchild family and other leading figures of English horse racing. Each consists of 25 cards. The card fronts are from paintings by widely recognized British artist William Hounsom Byles. The set of smaller cards, which have titles in lettering without serifs, is complete. Nm-m: 4 cards.
