Lot 177. “Bullet Bill” Dudley Autograph on a 16” x 20” Black & White Photo. Dudley wasn’t big and he wasn’t fast, but he played well enough at halfback and defensive back to be inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1966. In his first NFL season with Pitts-burgh in 1942, he won the rushing title and Rookie of the Year honors. In 1946, he earned the MVP award by leading the NFL in rushing, punt returns and interceptions. His signature grades gem mint 10 on an nm-m photo in an 18” x 22” frame.
