1961 New York Yankees at Cincinnati Reds World Series Program.
Lot 482. 1961 New York Yankees at Cincinnati Reds World Series Program. Beautiful ex-m+ to nm program that has a color photo of the Reds running across the front and back covers. There are some stress creases along the spine. The unscored 110-page program has photos and biographical sketches of players for each team, including young “Frankie” Robinson and Vada Pinson for Cincinnati and Whitey Ford, Bob Turley, Yogi Berra, Roger Maris and Mickey Mantle for New York. Fred Hutchinson and Ralph Houk were the opposing managers. The Yankees captured the World Championship in five games.
Winning Bid $68.
