Lot 142. George Earnshaw (as a Basketball Player!) Framed Original 8” x 10” Sepia Photo. Earnshaw helped the A’s to reach three World Series from 1929-32. In 1923 and 1924, he was captain of the Swarthmore College basketball team. In this photo, he appears to be a member of an A’s team that participated in exhibition games.
