 Lot 288. 32 Enamel Pins Representing Countries in the 1998 World Cup Soccer Event. France hosted and won the worldwide tournament, known as “France 98” and sponsored by the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA). Each pin, about 1” x ¾”, is housed in a framed 13” x 10” “France 98” display. Each consists of a countrys’ flag and the France 98 mascot. The pins are displayed by competing Group, identified as A through H. The frame has a few scratches; the pins are mint.

 Lot 289. 10 Early 20th Century Black and White 4” x 6” Rugby Photos. The photos are from Bowden Bros., 186 Buckingham Palace Rd., S.W. They feature players in various stages of action. Six of the 10 photos are pasted onto hardboard. Six of the photos exhibit some degree of chipping. These period photos are loaded with character and wonderful images from a bygone era.
