Lot 113. Superb Waite C. Hoyt Autograph on an 8” x 10” B&W Photo. Hoyt was a key contributor to six pennants and three World Championships for the New York Yankees from 1921-28. During those years, he won 145 games in the regular season and 18 more in the World Series. He later became a popular broadcaster for the Cincinnati Reds. Hoyt was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1969. He died in 1984. His signature rates a grade of gem mint 10. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.
