Lot 109. Baseball Cards Collector Cards Signed by the “Rifleman,” Chuck Connors. The magazine inserted the two cards as part of a single panel in 1985. Connors signed both in sharpie, and both autographs are gem mint 10s. A first baseman, Connors appeared in one game with the Dodgers in 1949 and in 66 games with the Cubs in 1951. A .238 hitter, he found greater success on the small screen, starring in the ABC television series “The Rifleman” from 1958 through 1963. He died in 1992. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.
