Lot 7. 1957 Sohio Cincinnati Reds Complete Set in Uncut Panels with Scarce Album. Usually, these gasoline company premiums are found in single panels, and without the album. We are pleased to offer the uncommon – a set of 18 in panels of three still attached at the perforations, as issued, plus the unused album. The six panels average ex-m. The star of this set is Frank Robinson, and his premium is nm. The accompanying album is vg-ex. Interestingly, the album contains a biography of manager Birdie Tebbetts, but he is not included in the set.

The set possesses a straight-out–of-the-pack quality. Sharp corners throughout, blazing colors, etc. etc. Centering and gum residue on the backs of some cards limit the overall grade to ex-m to nm-m.
