Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson, signed the Feb. 15, 1963, cover. The autograph of Dean Rusk, Secretary of State, is on the Dec. 6, 1963, issue. Covers only, both folded for mailing. McNamara’s signature is a nm to nm-m 7-8, and Rusk’s, a mint 9. Rusk died in 1994. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.
