Originally SABR’s “annual historical & statistical review,” the Journal has broadened its horizons over the years to include biographical sketches and various historical aspects of the game. The inaugural 1972 issue is absent from this run, which is complete for the next 29 years. The issues average ex-m. The 10-year index, published in 1982, also is present.
