Lot 6. Unique Hand-Painted “Zetnam” Baseball Signed by Mickey Mantle. This finely detailed work of art features the signature of Mantle on the sweet spot. Around the signature, Zetnam (Robert Mantez) added “No. 7,” the Yankees’ bat and hat logo, the “NY” letters set against pinstripes, the number “7” on pinstripes and the following text: “536 Home Runs .298 batting Ave. 1974 HOF 1951-68.” “Zetnam” added his name and the year of the work, “1998.” Mantle’s autograph is a mint 9, and the combination of autograph and artwork is magnificent.
