Lot 666. 75 Programs, Primarily 1940-50s, for N.Y. Theatre Productions, Cultural Events. Programs are for Broadway theatres, Carnegie Hall, the Metropolitan Opera and Radio City Music Hall. Forty copies of The Playbill are from the 1940s or 1950s; 19 are more recent. The earlier programs cover such productions as My Fair Lady (Julie Andrews, Rex Harrison), Kismet, Picnic (Paul Newman), The Sound of Music (Mary Martin), Annie Get Your Gun (Ethel Merman), Life with Father, Peter Pan (Boris Karloff), and Brigadoon. There are programs also for Mame, Barefoot in the Park, Biloxi Blues, The Music Man and Destry Rides Again. Five Carnegie Hall programs are from the 1940s, and one from the 1950s. Three Metropolitan Opera programs are from the 1940s, and one from the 1950s. Accom-panying them are three 1950s N.Y. City Opera Co. programs. Four Radio City Music Hall program are from the 1940s; three are the same, featuring Fred McMurray and Rosalind Russell.
