Lot 111. 1912-1920 Spalding Gold Medal Roger A. Bresnshan Store Model Bat. Bresnahan’s name is deeply engraved on the barrel of this 32 ½” Autograph Series bat. All engravings remain well defined, including a great Spalding logo on the knob. The bat feels much like a heavy club. The bat has some dead wood on the back and a couple of chips on the front. Lot 113. 1930s Draper-Maynard Babe Ruth Store Model Bat. This No. D 40 “All American Babe Ruth Model” features the D&M logo with Nick, the Lucky Dog. Engravings are strong on this 33 ½” bat, which has a chip on the knob and some dead wood and a chip on the back of the barrel. It displays very nicely.
