The first issue offered, Vol. 1, No. 7, from Aug. 19, 1936, contains a facsimile letter from President Franklin Roosevelt praising baseball on the 60th anniversary of the National League. Edge chips, tears along the folds, all text is intact. The other issues are a mix of vg+, vg-ex and ex with folds as mailed. The list: 1938 (2 issues), 1939 (2), 1940 (2), 1947 (1), 1949 (1), 1950 (1), 1951 (2), 1952 (2), 1953 (3), 1954 (2), 1955 (1) 1957 (5, two duplicates). The issues picture Cubs stars such as Gabby Hartnett, Billy Herman, Dutch Leonard, Ernie Banks, Gene Baker, Larry French, Stan Hack and Moe Drabowsky. Excellent Cubs history.
