A year later, his final major league appearance in Pittsburgh was on Oct. 8 in the NLCS. Two sections of the 1971 ticket stub are present for Game 5, which Pittsburgh won, 4-0, to take a three games to two lead over Baltimore. Clemente singled and drove in a run in the fifth inning to increase Pittsburgh’s lead to 3-0. The 1972 NLCS program is vg-ex and unscored. Clemente was hitless in the two NLCS games in Pittsburgh, one on Oct. 7 and the other, on Oct. 8. The same program was used for both games.
