 Lot 440. 1956 Philadelphia Eagles Program for a Home Game with Pittsburgh. Playing at Connie Mack Stadium on Nov. 11, the Eagles won, 14-7. The 40-page program is ex and has photos of Eagles, including Chuck Bednarik, Tom Brookshier and Jess Richardson; Steelers, including Jack Butler, Ernie Stautner and Fran Rogel; Browns, including Dante Lavelli and Len Ford, and 49ers, including Y. A. Tittle, Hugh McElhenny and Joe Perry.

 Lot 441. 1962 and 1963 Pittsburgh at Philadelphia Football Programs. The 1962 program is for a pre-season exhibition game at Hershey Stadium. The two teams opened the 1963 season with a 21-21 tie on Sept. 15 at Franklin Field. The 20-page 1962 program is ex with photos of Sonny Jurgensen, Tommy McDonald and Chuck Bednarik and others for the Eagles, and Bobby Layne, Big Daddy Lipscomb and John Henry Johnson among the Steelers. Pittsburgh went on to have one of its better seasons, finishing with a 9-5 record under Buddy Parker. The 56-page 1963 program adds depth charts for each teams and uses composite photos of the Eagles. Ex-m.

 Lot 442. Pittsburgh Steelers’ 1966 Program and a Ticket Stub vs. the Philadelphia Eagles. The artwork of a generic Pittsburgh ball carrier on the program cover was used also for mass-produced paintings on canvas sold at the Football Hall of Fame. The program is for an Oct. 16, game, which the Steelers lost to the Eagles, 31-14, at Pitt Stadium. It contains 66 pages of information and photos of such Steelers as Jack Butler, Elbie Nickel, Tom Tracy, Gary Ballman and Ray Mansfield. Nm with a g stub.
