 Lot 351. Bob Gibson 1960 Rochester Red Wings Russell Athletic Diamond Legends Jersey. Gibson pitched for the International League team in 1958 and again in 1960. In six games in 1960, he won two, lost three and posted a 2.85 ERA. The mint size 56 jersey has Gibson’s name and number on the back and his name and a facsimile autograph on a patch sewn into the tail. Gibson was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1981, his first year of eligibility. He earned the N.L. Cy Young Award twice and its MVP honor once.
