Lot 264.  Sammy Baugh Signed 1972 Check Double-Matted and Framed with an 8” x 10” Photo. Baugh was among the first of the NFL’s great passers. In 16 seasons with the Washington Redskins, he led the league in passing six times. He also excelled at punting and playing safety. In 1943, he led the NFL in passing, punting and interceptions. His signature on the check is strong. Small punches from canceling the check slightly affect four letters. Nm-m 8. The check and photo are framed to about 12.5” x 18.5”. Baugh entered the Hall of Fame in 1963. He died in 2008. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 265.  Len Dawson Autographed 8” x 10” Color Photo. Large gem mint 10 signature. Dawson added “HOF 87,” the year he was enshrined at Canton. The photo is on a 12” x 15” plaque that contains a plate presenting highlights of Dawson’s career. Dawson led the Kansas City Chiefs to three AFL championships. In 1962, he was the AFL Player of the Year. He retired with one of pro football’s best passer ratings. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 266.  Tony Dorsett Autographed Full-Sized Dallas Cowboys Pennant. Mint 9 signature on a heavily toned vg+ to ex pennant. Strong autograph by Dorsett, who rushed for more than 1,000 yards in eight of his first nine NFL seasons. He is eighth on the list of all-time leading rushers. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 267.  Bill O’Brien Signed Photo – Penn State Football Coach. Succeeding Joe Paterno for the Nittany Lions’ 2012 season, O’Brien was selected by ESPN as its National Coach of the Year. Like his predecessor, he played college football at Brown. He was an assistant coach for Brown, several Atlantic Coast Conference teams and the New England Patriots before joining Penn State. His signature stands out boldly, mint 9 to gem mint 10, on the Penn State helmet that the photo shows him holding. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 268.  Jack Youngblood Autographed 8” x 10” Color Photo. An All-American at the University of Florida, Youngblood starred at defensive end for 14 seasons for the Los Angeles Rams. A five-time consensus All-Pro and a seven-time Pro Bowl selection, he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2001. He is also a member of the College Hall of Fame. His signature is nm-m 8. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 269.  Refrigerator Perry and Tom Waddle Autographed 8” x 10” Color Photos. Each Chicago Bears star signed two photos presenting his image. An All-American defensive lineman at Clemson, Perry became a fan favorite in Chicago. Because of his size, he was known as the “Refrigerator,” or simply the “Fridge.” He helped the Bears to win Super Bowl XX in 1986. He signed two different photos as “William Perry” and added “The Fridge.” A wide receiver for the Bears from 1989-94, Waddle is now a sportscaster in Chicago and ESPN. He autographed two photos the same. The four autographs are mint 9 and have been authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 270.  1940s Army-Michigan Photo Signed by Doc Blanchard, Tucker and Foldberg. Led by Blanchard and Glenn Davis, Army won consecutive national championships in 1944 and 1945 with 9-0 records and finished second to Notre Dame in 1946 with nine victories and a tie. The 8” x 10” b&w photo appears to be from the 1945 gamed played in the Bronx; the two teams did not meet in 1944, and they played in Lansing in 1946. It shows game action, with Blanchard carrying the ball. He, Arnold Tucker and Hank Foldberg signed next to their images. Their autographs are mint 9. Blanchard passed away in 2009, and Foldberg in 2001. Both are in the College Hall of Fame. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 271.  7 Signed Photos: Ken Anderson, Manny Fernandez, Gino Marchetti and Billy Sims. Also, Dick Maegle. Anderson (2), Fernandez, Marchetti and Sims (2) autographed either original wire photos or newspaper photos that are 7” x 9” or 8” x 10”. All are different. The signatures are nm-m 8 or better. In addition, Maegle signed an 8.5” x 11” photocopied photo and a photocopied summary of his career. Eight autographs. Marchetti is in the Pro Hall of Fame, and Sims and Maegle, in the College Hall of Fame. Sims was the 1978 Heisman Trophy winner. He is in the College Hall of Fame. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 272.  Eric Moulds – Buffalo Bills Star – Framed Photo and Jersey. While playing for the Bills from 1996-2005, Moulds was a three-time All-Pro and Pro Bowl selection at wide receiver. The AFC’s leader receiver in 1998, he was named to the Bills’ 50th Anniversary Team. Offered here are an 11” x 11” color photo of Moulds matted and framed to 15.75” x 15.75” and a size large Puma jersey with Moulds’ name on the back and No. 80 on the front, back and sleeves. The photo is nm-m. The jersey has a small hole in the back of the collar and a hole in each sleeve, possibly resulting from having been displayed. It shows no signs of wear.

Lot 273.  Franklin Mint “Johnny the San Francisco 49ers Porcelain Collector Doll.” This doll, about 8.5” tall as seated, wears a 49ers jersey and a diaper. Accessories include a San Francisco helmet with a removable face mask, a soft football and a heart-shaped section of artificial turf. Numbered 0584, the doll moves at the shoulders, hips and neck. Nm-m.
