Lot 33.  11 1939-46 Salutation Exhibits Including Ted Williams. Williams is the small-projection; No. 9 does not show. Vg. The other cards feature Elliott vg-ex, Hassett vg, Heath (small projection) g-vg, Holmes (with “An Exhibit Card”) vg, Lombardi (“Cordially yours,” large projection) g-vg, Mize (Made in USA in left corner) vg+, Pafko (“C” on cap) f, Walker (“D” on cap) vg, Walters vg-ex and Warneke p.

Lot 34.  10 Exhibit Cards: Salutations, 1947-66, Canadian and Stat Backs Including Mantle. Mickey Mantle is the subject of a 1962 Stat Back exhibit. Vg. He is also on a reprint of a 1947-66 exhibit, p. Two other exhibits are Stat Backs, from 1963: Dean Chance vg and Kaline vg-ex. Cards from the 1939-46 Salutation set are Holmes (Yours truly with “An Exhibit Card”; writing on the back, otherwise) vg, and Ted Williams (small projection, No. 9 not showing) vg. The representative of Exhibit Supply Co.’s 1947-66 issue is a promotional card of Del Crandall printed on thin paper, g-vg. A card of Ronnie Lee, #51, is from the 1953 Canadian issue vg-ex. The two other cards have Walter Johnson vg-ex, from the 1948 Baseball’s Great Hall of Fame issue, and Whitey Ford, on a 1947-66 reprint, vg-ex.

Lot 39.  21 Different 1953 Bowman Color Cards Including Ford. Mixed-condition group with the most desirable cards being #105 Joost (oversized left-to-right; otherwise) vg-ex and #153 Ford f. The other cards are #6 Ginsberg g-vg, 17 Staley g, 20 Lenhardt g-vg, 24 Jensen f-g, 30 Cavarretta p, 35 McDermott g-vg, 39 Richards p-f, 42 Brown p-f, 48 Sauer f, 49 Stanky f-g, 50 Kretlow f-g, 52 Marion g, 53 Rice g-vg, 54 Carrasquel p, 69 Grimm p-f, 76 Hearn f, 83 Daniels f-g, 103 Ennis f and 110 Rush f-g. Lot 41.  10 Red Man Tobacco Cards – 8 1954 and 2 1955 – 7 HoFers. All 10 cards are without tabs. The 1954 cards are NL #1 Ashburn nm+, 5 Irvin ex-m, 7 Mueller ex+, 10 Schoendienst g, 11 Spahn ex, 13 Campanella f-g and 24 Burdette g-vg, and AL #10 Pierce ex+. The two 1955 cards are AL #5 Fox ex and 18 Doby vg-ex.
