Lot 145.  1970-71 Dad’s Cookies Hockey Ex-m+ to NM+ Near Set of 130. Star cards include Binkley, Bucyk, Cheevers, Clarke, Cournoyer, Crozier, Delvecchio, Phil Esposito, Giacomin, Gilbert, Howell, Keon, Lemaire, Mahovlich, Parent, Park, Plante, Quinn, Ratelle, Henri Richard, Sather, Savard, Vachon and Worsley. Only 14 cards are missing, including Howe, Beliveau, Bobby Hull and Orr. Ex-m+ to nm+ overall.

Lot 146.  2 Sports Illustrated Capturing the 1980 U.S. Olympic Team’s Gold Medal Triumph. The cover of the March 3, 1980 issue shows the American team celebrating after defeating the Soviet Union. Four pages inside tell the story. One issue is nm-m without a label, and the other, ex with a label. Also, a hockey puck featuring the logo of the Dayton Gems of the International Hockey League, ex.

Lot 147.  Autograph of Mike Eruzione, 1980 “Miracle on Ice” U.S. Hockey Team Captain. In silver sharpie, Eruzione signed an 8” x 10” color photo that shows him holding the Olympics torch. The signature is a mint 9 to gem mint 10, and the photo is matted and framed to about 11 ½” x 14 ½”. Eruzione scored the winning goal for the U.S. against the Soviet Union in the 1980 Olympics and helped his team to defeat Finland and win the gold medal. His winning goal was voted the greatest highlight of all time by ESPN viewers in March 2008. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 149.  Pittsburgh Penguins “Raising the Banner” 1992 Artwork Signed by Jaromir Jagr. This 12” x 36” print shows the Penguins raising a banner marking their 1992 Stanley Cup success. The print includes a view of the crowd at the Pittsburgh Civic Arena, ticket stubs and other images. Near the center is a bold, gold large signature of the future Hall of Fame player. Nm-m and framed print, gem mint 10 autograph. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 151.  Autograph of Hockey Star John LeClair on an 8” x 10” Color Photo. LeClair’s career spanned 1991-2006 with the Canadiens, Flyers and Penguins. From 1995-2005, he was one of the most productive forwards in Philadelphia history. His autograph grades gem mint 10, and the photo is matted and framed to about 11 ½” x 14 ½”. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 164.  Hockey, Football and Baseball Mini-Grab Bag. Hockey is represented by a complete vg to vg+ Monarch Official Hockey Puck box containing a vg-ex puck. The football entry is a 1951 Bowman card of #57 Jon Baker. The card has a number added to the back and otherwise is f-g. There are three Topps baseball cards from 1958, #223 vg-ex, 227 p, and 356 p, and four from 1959, #109 f, 244 (2) one g-vg and one f, and 251 Clete Boyer vg. One Topps card from 1957 and three each from 1958 and 1959 have writing on the back, typically a number or “TB.” The front of 1958T #238 Mazeroski grades vg-ex. The fronts of the others average g-vg.

Olympics: 10. Four 4” x 6” “Welcome” flags from the 1984 LA Olympics, vg+ to ex overall. NASCAR: 11. 1997 Pinnacle Jeff Gordon card, nm-m. Also, 11 Rocky II cards, ex. More than 350 individual items.
