Lot 286.  1975 Carvel Discs Basketball Set of 36 + 24 Duplicates. The set, with borders in various colors, includes Jabbar, Bradley, Cowens, Frazier, Havlicek, Phil Jackson, Monroe and more. The duplicates include Jabbar, Frazier, Jackson (2) and Monroe. As many as two-thirds of the cards have small tape marks on their blank backs, and two show ink. Disregarding the tape, three quarters of the cards are ex or better and the remainder are vg-ex or lower.

Lot 288.  1997 Weet-Bix World Ball Basketball Cards Including Cameron + Card Album. This collection includes 14 of 17 cards in the set plus 22 duplicates. All are “skill” cards except for the “stat” card of Pero Cameron, one of New Zealand’s top basketball players. The skill cards have players demonstrating various techniques. The cards are nm or better. The album that accommodates them is vg-ex. Weet-Bix is centered in New Zealand and Australia.
