 Lot 138. 1 Partial and 2 Complete Vintage British Motor Racing Sets. The partial set, “Famous Dirt-Track Riders,” was issued in 1929 by Ogden’s Cigarettes. Twelve of the 25 cards of this very popular issue are present, and they average ex. The first of the two complete sets is “Speedway Riders” issued in 1937 by Player’s Cigarettes. It’s a beautiful nm set of 50. The second complete set is the1957 24-card “Racing & Sports Cars” issue from the British Automatic Company. It also averages nm.
