 Lot 98. 1930 Bisque Pie-Eyed Mickey Mouse Batting. Interesting crossover between Disneyana and sports collecting. Bisque is approximately 3 ¼” high. About 90% of the paint is present. Engraved, “Walt E. Disney” and “Made in Japan.” This is one of the most desirable of the early Mickey Mouse figures. A tag still affixed to the bottom of Mickey’s right foot reads “Mickey Mouse Copyright 1930 By Walter Disney.”

 Lot 99. 1930 Bisque Pie-Eyed Mickey Mouse Catching. The bisque is approximately 3 ¼” tall. Almost 100% of the paint is present. Engraved, “Walt E. Disney.” It is among the most desirable of the early Mickey Mouse figures. A tag is still affixed to the bottom of Mickey’s left foot. “Mickey Mouse” is strong, while “Copyright 1930 By Walter Disney” is less so. Fabulous figure.
