The autographs are on covers only, which were folded for mailing. 1. W. Averell Harriman, Aug. 2, 1963, nm-m 8 signature. New York governor, U.S. Secretary of Commerce, ambassador to the Soviet Union. Died 1986. 2. Mike Mansfield, March 20, 1964, mint 9 autograph. U.S. Senator from Montana, Senate Majority Leader, ambassador to Japan. Died 2001. 3. Carl Albert, Jan. 15, 1965; autograph is a 10. Representative from Oklahoma, Speaker of the House. Died 2000. 4. J. W. Fulbright, Jan. 22, 1965, gem mint 10 with “U.S. Senate 1965” added. U.S. senator from Arkansas; Fulbright scholarships named for him. Died 1995. 5. Hubert Humphrey, April 1, 1966. Signature is bold but shows as an ex-m 6 to a nm 7 because of the dark background. Senator from Minnesota, Vice President 1965-69. Lost the 1968 Presidential election to Richard Nixon. Died 1978. 6. Sargent Shriver, May 13, 1966, nm-m 8. Kennedy-family in-law who helped to create the Peace Corps and ran the War on Poverty. 7. Eugene McCarthy, March 22, 1968, nm-m 8. Senator from Minnesota who unsuccessfully sought the Democrat nomination for President on an anti-Vietnam platform. Died 2005. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 724.  Arthur Rubinstein Autograph on the Cover of the Feb. 25, 1966 Time. Born in Poland, Rubinstein was one of the great piano virtuosos of the 20th Century. He died in 1982. His signature in red is a mint 9 on the Time cover, which was folded for mailing. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 725.  3 Autographed Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Covers – 1990, 1993, 1996. Full issues for 1993 and 1996. Judit Masco signed the Feb. 12, 1990, issue “Con Mucho Amor! Judit!” Signature is a 10. Vendela Kirsebom signed the ex-m+ Feb. 22, 1993 issue “Vendela” and added “love,” a heart and Xs. Autograph grades 10. Valeria Mazza and Tyra Banks (first name only for Tyra) both signed the Jan. 29, 1996, issue, which is nm-m. The signatures are 10s. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.
