Lot 61.  20 Different W603 1946-49 Sports Exchange All-Star Picture File Cards. These cards were one of the first post-WWII baseball card issues. There are 12 different series. The cards were printed on manila stock in a 7” x 10” format. Series 1-A Vg-ex: Cooper, Marion, Stankey. Vg: Cavaretta. Series 1-B Vg-ex: Feller, McQuinn. Series 2 Ex: Higby. Vg-ex: Chandler, Heath, Hughson, Pollet, Slaughter. Series 4 Vg-ex: Hornsby. Series 5 Vg-ex: Dyer, O’Neill. Series 8 P: Honus Wagner. Series 10 Ex: Masi. Vg-ex: Johnson. Vg: Fletcher. G: Blue. In many cases, only slight inoffensive creasing prevents these cards from receiving higher grades.
