Lot 107. Pete Rose Collection Featuring a Signed Pennant, 1960s Cards, publications, etc. Rose’s signature, a blue ballpoint 8-9, is on a large 1978 pennant cataloging his 44-game hitting streak. The pennant has two pin holes, light toning along the left and otherwise is vg+ to ex. Among 150 cards are these from Topps: 1966 #30 g, 1967 #430 g-vg, 1968 #230 g, 1969 #120 (1 g-vg, 1 vg, 1 vg-ex), 1970 #458 vg, 1970 Super #34 vg+, 1971 #100 vg, 1975 (1 g, 1 g-vg). The other 1970s cards average ex. The 1980s and 1990s are generally at least nm. The 1985 P.R.E. Rose set is nm-m. The Allen pin is vg-ex because of light foxing, and the Bunning pin, vg with somewhat more foxing.
