Lot 265.  Scarce Jack Nicklaus Autograph on the Cover of the June 29, 1962 Issue of Time. Vg+ to ex issue with the label removed in the lower left. Beautiful sharpie signature is a 10. The cover artwork pictures the 22-year-old Nicklaus after he won the U.S. Open. Outstanding and rarely available. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 368.  June 13, 1966 SI Copy Signed by Ken Venturi. After winning the 1964 U.S. Open, Venturi was named SI’s “Sportsman of the Year.” He is shown on the cover of this issue as the author of an article on the 1966 Open. He was a golf commentator for CBS for 30 years. Vg-ex issue with a sharpie 10 signature. Authenticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 369.  Masters Champion George Archer on the Cover of the April 21, 1969 SI Issue. Archer was one of golf’s best putters. Injuries limited his success. After he died in 2005, his wife revealed that a severe learning impairment limited his reading ability to very simple sentences. He could write only his name, which is written in sharpie and rates a 10 on the cover of this ex issue. Authen- ticated by Kevin Keating.

Lot 941.  1981 Donruss Pro Golf Stars Set of 66 with a Wrapper. Includes two cards of Jack Nicklaus. The cards are pack-fresh with razor-sharp corners. Centering limits the grade of the set to nm. The wrapper has the usual folds and otherwise is free of defects.
