Lot 57.  Uncut Proof Sheet of 1970 Topps Super Football Cards. Uncut 31 ½” x 39 ½” sheet features 63 cards - a full set of 35 plus 28 additional cards. Interestingly, this sheet calls into question the notion that cards 29-35 are short prints. On this sheet, cards 1-7 actually are short-printed - Tarkenton, Little, Starr, Dawson, Post, Jurgensen and Jones. Only the front of the sheet is printed; the back is blank. The sheet is dry-mounted to foam board. A light, barely noticeable stain affects 5 cards in the top row. Otherwise, the sheet is bright, attractive and ex-m.
