Lot 652. Grambling Program Signed Twice by Football’s Winningest Coach - Eddie Robinson. Bryant, Paterno and Bowden may be more widely recognized, but none won as many games as Robinson, who coached Grambling State University of Louisiana for 55 years. Robinson’s teams won 408 games and posted a 408-165-15 record. Program is ex. Robinson signed it twice, on the cover and on a portrait inside. Lot 656. NFL Brown & White Football Signed by Herschel Walker. As a freshman, Walker led the University of Georgia to a national championship. As a junior in 1982, he won the Heisman Trophy. He then left Georgia and signed with the USFL New Jersey Generals. From 1986-97, he played for four different NFL teams. His signature is large, bold and 10 of 10 on an nm ball. Lot 659. 8” x 10” Photos Signed by Dallas’ Harvey Martin, Robert Newhouse, Mel Renfro. Martin’s autograph is on a b&w photo that shows him with O. J. Simpson and Drew Pearson. He signed: “In Happy Days with My Friends Drew & O.J. Harvey Martin. #79 Dallas Cowboys, Co-MVP SB XII, #914/1500.” Signature and additions are 10s. Martin died of pancreatic cancer in 2001.
